- Bunda dapat Siapkan putih telur sebanyak 3 butir.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan air jeruk nipis / saya skip gak ada sebanyak 1/2 sdt.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan gula pasir sebanyak 60 gram.
- Olah Bahan lain sebanyak .
- Siapkan Pasta Strawberry sebanyak 1 sdm.
- Siapkan Strawberry Jam sebanyak Secukupnya.
Hurricane Swiss roll has taken youtube by storms for the past few years. Though the idea is not entirely new, but I sure have seen lots of hurricane Swiss roll off late. I supposed it is named as such because of the pattern/design at the edge of the Swiss roll after you slice the cake. In a stand mixer, beat together cream and powdered sugar until doubled in volume and thick.
Langkah-langkah Untuk Membuat Hurricane Swiss Roll Strawberry
- Siapkan loyang ukuran 20 saya ukuran 22 adanya, oles tipis margarin kalau diberi baking paper, panaskan oven suhu 120°.
- Aduk rata dengan whisk bahan A kecuali terigu.
- Lalu masukkan terigu, aduk rata lagi.
- Adonan akan kental sekali seperti pasta, sisihkan.
- Kocok speed tinggi putih telur dengan air jeruk nipis sampai berbusa lalu masukkan gula bertahan sambil dikocok cukup sampai soft peak saja, (ujung mixer membentuk jambul Petruk).
- Ambil 1/3 adonan putih telur tuang kedalam kuning telur aduk rata dengan whisk Tuang sisa putih telur, aduk balik dengan spatula.
- Tuang ke loyang sisihkan 1/3 bagian hentakan loyang untuk mengeluarkan gelembung udara.
- Beri pasta Strawberry sisa adonan nya aduk rata.
- Masukkan kedalam piping bag tuang merata diatas adonan putih.
- Hentakan pelan loyang.
- Buat motif topan nya dengan ujung gagang sendok tarik garis vertikal(atas bawah) dimulai dari ujung kiri atas turun kebawah geser dikit kekanan tarik ke atas lagi begitu seterusnya.
- Tarik garis horizontal(lurus menyimpang / kanan kiri) dari ujung kanan bawah, tarik ke ujung kiri bawah, geser atas sedikit, tarik ke kanan, begitu seterusnya sampai selesai.
- Oven suhu 120°C selama 20 menit, lalu naikkan suhu jadi 150°C lanjutkan oven lagi selama 8-15 menit atau Saampai matang sesuaikan oven masing-masing.
- Keluarkan dari oven hentakan loyang 2x, pindahkan ke cooling rack, biarkan dingin.
- Balikkan Cake diatas kertas baking paper, oles Strawberry Jam gulung perlahan.
- Setelah digulung simpan dikulkas agar set, sinpan gulungan posisi dibungkus baking paper.
- Lembut Cake nya kempus-kempus.
