- Pisahkan telur kuning dan putihnya,, mixer putih telur dgn sedikit garam setelah berbusa & mengembang masukkan gula pasir secara bertahap sebanyak 3x, mixer dgn kecepatan tinggi sampai adonan putih telur kaku / bentuk jambul, adonan soft peak, sperti di gbr.

- Sebelumnya di panaskan dulu oven selama 15 menit, suhu 180°C..
- Panggang selama 35menit suhu 180°C sesuaikan dgn oven masing2. Setelah matang balikkan loyang bila tidak ada kaki2 loyang, ato dgn bantuan botol, diamkan selama 1 jam, kemudian sisir kue dgn pisau perlahan2.
