Langkah-langkah Untuk Membuat Hokkaido Banana Chiffon π
- Filling: Blender pisang dan susu. Lalu campur dg maizena. Didihkan di atas api kecil sampai mengental. Dinginkan, masukkan dalam chiller lemari es. sisihkan.
- Campur minyak sayur dan susu cair lalu blender bersama pisang. Campur dg kuning telur dan terigu. Aduk rata dg balloon whisk. Sisihkan.
- Kocok putih telur, garam dan air jeruk lemon sampai berbusa. Naikkan kecepatan mikser, masukkan gula bertahap sampai 3x. Kocok sampai kaku, stiff peak.
- Masukkan adonan putih telur sedikit2 ke adonan kuning telur, aduk lipat.
- Tuang adonan ke paper cup sampai 3/4 tingginya.
- Oven pd suhu 145C selama selama 15. Menit. Ketika cake sudah mulai mengembang, naikkan lagi suhu oven menjadi 165C, oven selama 20 menit.
- Penyajian : masukkan filling ke dalam piping bag yg sudah ada spuitnya. Masukkan spuit ke tengah2 chiffon. Isi chiffon sampai filling keluar ke permukaan. Tutup dg irisan pisang dan bisa diberi taburan gula.
- Sajikan atau bisa dimasukkan chiller kulkas dulu, baru disajikan.
