Instruksi Untuk Menyiapkan Pandan Love Rollcake
- Pisahkan antara kuning telur dan putih telur di wadah yg berbeda,.
- Masukkan susu cair dan perasa pandan aduk rata,.
- Kocok kuning telur dengan wisk hingga berwarna pucat,.
- Tambahkan tepung terigu dan tepung maizena aduk rata lalu sisihkan,.
- Di wadah lain kocok putih telur dengan mixer hingga soft peak sambil masukkan gula secara bertahap,.
- Setelah putih telur soft peak masukkan 1/3 ke dalam adonan kuning telur aduk menggunakan spatula dengan tehnik aduk balik, lakukan hingga putih telur habis,.
- Tuang kedalam loyang yang telah dilapisi kertas kue,.
- Panggang selama 30 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat celsius,.
- Setelah matang gulung selagi hangat lalu masukkan kulkas dan tunggu hingga dingin,.
- Setelah dingin buka gulungan lalu olesi dengan butter cream yg telah di campur selai strawberry kemudian gulung kembali,.
