It is nothing but a chiffon sponge roll comprising of contrasting layers of swirls that look like a hurricane and hence the name. This is achieved with a small technique applied at the final stage before baking to give it the hurricane effect. Instruksi Untuk Menyiapkan Hurricane Swissroll #SelasaBisa
- Panaskan oven 150 derajat.. olesi loyang 20x20x4 dengan margarin dan alasi dgn baking paper...
- Campur kuning telur, minyak sayur, susu cair, garam dan pasta vanilla, aduk.. masukkan terigu, aduk rata, sisihkan dahulu.. NOTE: konsistensi adonan sangat kental.
- Campur putih telur dengan air jeruk nipis, mixer dgn speed tinggi hingga berbusa.. masukkan gula pasir bertahap sambil terus di mixer hingga soft peak.
- Ambil 1/3 bagian adonan putih telur, campurkan ke adonan kuning telur, aduk rata.. masukkan sisa putih telur sambil diaduk balik perlahan hingga rata.
- Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang, sisakan 1/3 bagiannya, beri pasta redvelvet.
- Ketuk perlahan loyang berisi adonan dasar di meja, supaya udara yg terperangkap bs keluar.. sendokkan adonan yg sudah d beri pasta redvelvet k atas adonan dasar, ratakan.
- Dengan bantuan gagang spatula, tarik garis vertikal dr ujung ke ujung loyang.. kemudian tarik garis horizontal dr ujung ke ujung loyang...
- Panggang dlm oven selama kurleb 15-20 menit hingga matang (tergantung oven masing2 yaa).
