- Bunda dapat Siapkan telur sebanyak 4 butir.
- Siapkan gula pasir sebanyak 110 gr.
- Olah tepung terigu serbaguna sebanyak 110 gr.
- Siapkan maizena sebanyak 15 gr.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan santan encer sebanyak 75 ml.
- Olah margarin cair/minyak sayur sebanyak 30 ml.
- Olah pasta pandan sebanyak 1 sdt.
- Siapkan garam sebanyak 1/4 sdt.

- Santan, margarin cair, pasta pandan diaduk rata kemudian sisihkan..
- Terigu, maizena, ayak lalu sisihkan..
- Kocok telur + gula pasir dengan kecepatan tinggi (10-15 menit) sampai kental berjejak (softpeak).
- Masukkan tepung, aduk rata (pke teknik aduk balik). Ambil sedikit adonan lalu campur dgn bahan basah, aduk rata. Kemudian campurkan semua adonan dgn teknik aduk balik sampai tercampur rata. (aduknya pelan² aja & jgn terlalu lama ya) 😉.
- Tuang kedalam loyang yg sudah dioles carlo (margarin + minyak + terigu). Panggang di suhu 180°c selama 20-25 menit. Dah siapp... 😊.
