- Meringue; kocok putih telur +cream of tar2 dengan kecepatan tinggi, masukkan gula bertahap sekitar 3x sampe mengembang +kaku (stiff peak).
- Campurkan kocokan putih telur ke adonan pasta dibagi sekitar 4 tahap, aduk balik perlahan dengan spatula sampai rata tidak bergerindil.
- Masukkan ke oven, panggang sekitar 45 menit (karena suhu oven beda2 kenali oven sendiri yah) aku pakai loyang 22 (oven jangan dibuka min 30menit pertama).
- Setelah matang segera tangkubkan loyang, setelah 1-2 jam baru keluarkan chiffon dari loyang.
