- Olah tepung terigu serbaguna (kunci) sebanyak 100 gram.
- Siapkan tepung terigu protein rendah (segitiga) sebanyak 40 gram.
- Olah maizena sebanyak 20 gram.
- Siapkan susu bubuk sebanyak 20 gram.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan baking powder double acting sebanyak 1 sdt.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan minyak sayur sebanyak 100 ml.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan santan kara sebanyak 100 ml.

I love how fluffy this cake is and with the intensified pandan juice modification I did as compared to the original recipe, the taste is much more distinct and it smells great! The cake is fluffy and moist, just the way I like it. Also, the cake was pretty and light green in colour from the pandan juice rather than using food colouring. Unadorned chiffon cake is one of the Asian cakes I relish eating.
Langkah-langkah Untuk Membuat Chiffon cake pandan moist n fluffy
- Panaskan oven di suhu 170 derajat selama 15 menit.
- Campur semua bahan bubuk (tepung terigu, gula pasir, susu bubuk, maizena, baking powder double acting) Lubangi tengahnya, masukan kuning telur, aduk searah menggunakan whisk, sambil di tuangi santan dan minyak sayur.
- Aduk sampai merata dan jadi pasta. Masukan pasta pandan, aduk rata. Sisihkan.
- Campur semua bahan B. Kocok dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi sampai kaku (kalau di balik tidak tumpah).
- Tuang bahan B ke dalam bahan A secara bertahap 3x aduk menggunakan teknik aduk balik gunakan spatula bahan rubber. Pastikan semua teraduk rata jangan ada adonan yang mengendap di bawah.
- Tuang kedalam loyang chiffon cake ukuran 22cm.
- Panggang selama 30 - 40 menit dengan suhu oven 170 derajat. Sesuaikan suhu oven masing2. Lakukan tes tusuk.
- Tips untuk chiffon cake: putih telur sama sekali tidak boleh tercampur dengan kuning telur. Pastikan kuning telur tidak pecah tercampur saat dipisahkan.
- Yipeey hasilnya ngembang dan moist.. manisnya juga pas....
- Atasnya sedikit gosong. Karena kmrn pake suhu 180 derajat. 😅.
