- Keluarkan dari oven, taburi keju parut dan almond diatasnya. Lalu oven lagi dgn suhu 180° sampai matang +/- 10-15 menit (cek kematangan dengan cara menusukkan tusuk gigi ke cake, jika sudah tidak ada adonan yg menempel lagi di tusuk gigi tersebut maka cake sudah matang)..
