- Siapkan air lemon encer (2 lemon + 2 air) sebanyak 4 sdm.

- Mixer butter dan gula sampai mengembang creamy dan putih, dengan kecepatan tinggi minimal selama 10 menit.
- Turunkan speed mixer, masukkan vanilla, disusul telur satu persatu. Dengan jarak sekitar 1 menit..
- Masukkan campuran tepung (terigu, baking powder dan garam yg sudah di ayak) dan air lemon selang seling. Di awali tepung, di akhiri tepung.
- Tuang kedalam loyang tulban 20cm yg sudah di oles mentega.
- Panggang 40 menit sampai matang keemasan dgn suhub170C. Bagian tengah yg merekah retak menandakan cake mengembang dengan sempurna..
- Setelah suhu ruang, oles dgn glazing, siap di sajikan..
