- Bunda dapat Siapkan butter (saya pake merk Anchor) sebanyak 230 gr.
- Siapkan gula pasir berbutir halus sebanyak 200 gr.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan telur ukuran besar sebanyak 4 btr.
- Olah essence vanila sebanyak 1 sdt.
- Olah tepung kunci sebanyak 260 gr.
- Siapkan baking powder sebanyak 1 sdt.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan garam sebanyak 1/2 sdt.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan kulit lemon parut (campur dengan tepung) sebanyak 1 sdm.
- Olah air perasan lemon sebanyak 60 ml.
- Bunda dapat Siapkan Bahan Lemon Glaze : sebanyak .
- Bunda dapat Siapkan gula halus sebanyak 120 gr.
- Siapkan air lemon (kental/encer sesuai selera) sebanyak 3-4 sdm.

Instruksi Untuk Menyiapkan Lemon Buttercake
- Kocok butter dan gula pasir sampai mengembang pucat dan creamy.
- Masukkan essence vanila,lalu masukkan telur satu persatu,sambil dikocok,tiap memasukkan telur pastikan telur sebelumnya sdh tercampur rata.
- Turunkan speed mixer,masukkan campuran tepung (tepung+BP+garam), bergantian dengan air lemon sampai rata. Awali + akhiri dengan tepung. Tuang dalam loyang yg sudah dialasi baking paper,atau loyang yg sudah dioles butter+sedikit tepung. Panggang suhu 180' sekitar 35-40 menit tergantung oven masing masing. Hasil permukaan jika cake sukses pasti akan retak khas buttercake. Tes tusuk.. Tunggu suhu ruang,siram dengan lemon glaze.. Sajikan.. :).
You want the glaze to be nice and thick not runny. I used Penzey's double strength vanilla and, for extra richness and moistness, I added an egg yolk in addition to the two eggs called for. Ingredients include yellow cake mix , softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Easy to make.. we re-named them "sugar bars". If I make them again, I will use a lemon cake mix to help cut the sweetness and use half the amount of sugar.
